Once the initial 6 months of support is over, you will have the option to extend the support coverage for an additional **6 or 12 months**.&#x20;

* However, **even if you choose not to extend the support, you will still have the ability to submit bug reports via email or item comments**. Additionally, you will retain access to our online documentation knowledge base and video tutorials.

* **Step 2** – If you do not have account, click [Create an account.](https://support.nextsky.co/register)
* **Step 3** – Fill all the required fields then click **Register**
* **Step 4** – After Creating account successfully, you will be redirected to the ticket creation page, continue to follow the instructions to [create a new ticket](https://support.nextsky.co/user/tickets/create)

## How to find your Theme forest Item Purchase Code

**Then,**  write your request/question as detailed as possible. If you need help with installing, we'll provide it for free (no extra fee at all).
