If you are unable to handle your problems in this documentation, donβt hesitate to send us a support ticket here. Each ticket comes with 6 months of support and free lifetime updates for your Theme.
Once the initial 6 months of support is over, you will have the option to extend the support coverage for an additional 6 or 12 months.
However, even if you choose not to extend the support, you will still have the ability to submit bug reports via email or item comments. Additionally, you will retain access to our online documentation knowledge base and video tutorials.

Step 2 β If you do not have account, click Create an account.
Step 3 β Fill all the required fields then click Register
Step 4 β After Creating account successfully, you will be redirected to the ticket creation page, continue to follow the instructions to create a new ticket

Then, write your request/question as detailed as possible. If you need help with installing, we'll provide it for free (no extra fee at all).
Creating a ticket is the faster & more convenient way. Please patiently wait till your ticket is proceeded. In case you add a new comment before we have the chance to respond, your ticket will go down the list, so, you must edit your previous comment instead.
If you cannot log in, you can send an email to support@nextsky.co and provide your purchase code, our team will check to help you. However, we don't recommend this way. The response will be slower because we need to forward it to our support team, then it takes double the total time.
